Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson knew that there would be no turning back once they met in their Hamburg church. Ashley, who was seventeen at the time, and had never been in an affair before, decided to take their time. They fell in love with each other at first glance. Andrew wanted to ask God for one more thing during New Year's Day, just prior to 2016and that was when Ashley accepted to marry him. Ashley was looking for a rustic folk wedding theme which reflected her as well as Andrew. They incorporated their favourite things to create the perfect wedding. The wedding venue was the back 40 acres of land Ashley grew up on. Ashley went on a walk around the region and enjoyed herself on everything, starting from the route they took towards the fields where they made vows. Additionally, Andrew and Ashley have walked through in the same area several times before they first started dating. Because almost everything was made by the groom and bride, it was essential to personalize the wedding. Andrew and Ashley's father designed the arch for the ceremony and seating arrangements, and Ashley performed a lot of painting and making decorations. Ashley states, "Our wedding would not be the unforgettable experience that I've always imagined if Anna's beautiful flower arrangements hadn't been created." The work is simply stunning.
